Is this the first time that your family has participated in the Wellsley Wave swim team? *

Waiver

By registering your swimmer, you acknowledge you have read and understand that the first two weeks of practice are a trial period. If, at any time, the coaches determine that it is unsafe for your child to participate in the program, you agree to abide by that decision. You understand that in order to participate, your child must be capable of competently jumping into and getting to the side of the pool without assistance. You understand that the coaches have the safety and best interests of your child uppermost in their minds, and that their decision is final. If your child cannot meet the safety requirements as determined by the coaches, the team certainly will grant your request for a refund.

Concession Fee

There is a $20.00 concessions fee due for each family. This covers the cost of buying the food that we sell at the concessions table. It will be added to your total amount due.
