Hello!

We are preparing for our first event of the season! 

MOCK MEET INFO:

YAY! Our mock meet is quickly approaching! 

   Tuesday, June 2nd, 6pm

• The mock meet is a fun way to start the season for swimmers and parents! 
• We will run this just like a regular meet, except only our team will attend. We know EOG's are the next day, and we want it to run as quickly as possible. That means, we need YOUR help. This is a great chance to try a new role or learn alongside another parent. Even if you don't signup, we will likely need your help--so signup to pick the role you want. We can't run the meet until all positions are filled.
• The more help we have, the sooner everyone gets to go home. Last year, it was over quickly. Let's work together to make it happen again!
• We are planning to run our new timing system, which should be easy and straightforward, and we would love some experienced timers to work alongside our new ones. 
• We want every swimmer to attend. They will swim each stroke to get a time, which will be used for seeding regular season meets. If they don't come to the mock meet, they will be entered in the first meet with a NO TIME entry.
• There are NO relays or ribbons at the mock meet, and no concessions.
• We are in need of a scorer and announcer. We appreciate those who step up to do these roles!

Mock Meet signup is now open in SwimTopia!

Please mark your swimmer as attending or not attending for our Mock Meet/Time Trials on June 2nd. You must do this by  12 noon on Sunday, May 31st. (Please note: Our regular meets are not open yet; once they are, you will follow the same instructions for each meet).

Instructions:

1. Open SwimTopia and log in to your account
2. Select the Mock Meet event
3. Under your swimmer's name, click on "meet signup"
4. Click on the orange "Edit" button
5. Choose "Attending this meet" or "Not attending this meet" from the drop-down menu for each child.
6. Press the orange "Save" button

Reminder: If you have not yet downloaded the SwimTopia App, please do so NOW. The swim team communicates time-sensitive information via SwimTopia notifications. You can also see your child's events and meet calendar in the app.
