It’s FINALLY here! There's lots of info enclosed--please read to the end!

Welcome to the 2026 Wellsley Wave Season! We are thrilled to
announce that registration is now open on our website!

The meet schedule is also posted on the website. Our
practice schedule is still under review, and we will let you know when it is
finalized.

Coach Applications will be accepted soon. Please keep an eye on your
inbox and the website for information on how to apply.

Our season kicks off on Sunday, May 17^th at 3pm with our famous ice cream social at the pool house. Please plan on attending
with your swimmers to get important info about the season and meet other
families.

When you register, you will also select your four volunteer slots. These positions
are first come, first served. For our veteran families with experience, please consider signing up for a job that requires more experience for one or two meets, to give ournew families a chance to work as kid pushers, etc. We appreciate everyone’s commitment to helping this season! Please follow instructions for submitting
payment.

SPECIAL REQUESTS:

STROKE/TURN JUDGES: We need several people willing to serve
as dedicated Stroke and Turn Judges for the season (requires basic training and
understanding of the four strokes). If you can help in this capacity, please
sign up and we will be in contact with you about training and your availability
for meets. If you’ve served as a judge in the past, we hope you will return
this year!

SCORERS: You get a front row seat at the pool near the starter and enter data into the computer! Requires some training. We need several people who are able to do this, so please signup if you can. This position was formerly called Meet Admin.

CONCESSION FAMILIES: We need a few families to help our
awesome concession chair with our home meets! These families would work
directly with our chair to set up and serve concessions at our home meets, which
would fulfill your volunteer requirements for the season. If you are
interested, please text Kristen Benninger at 469-667-9282.

DONATIONS: Our team is entirely funded by dues, sponsorships, and
fundraisers. We are hoping to make several big purchases this year, including a
storage shed, stanchions, team laptops to run our meets, and replace outdated
or broken equipment. If you are interested in donating to the team, please
check the box on the registration form and include your donation with your dues.
We are grateful for your support!

be full of fun that you won’t want to miss!
